We are currently seeking a dedicated Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team in Cypress, CA.Position OverviewWe are seeking a dependable individual to fulfill the dual role of driver and warehouse associate. This role is responsible for safely transporting documents between company locations and assisting with warehouse organization, storage, and document handling. The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDriving Duties:Safely operate company vehicles (cargo van or box truck)Pick up and deliver documents between company locations, post offices, and designated facilitiesLoad and unload document boxes during daily routesMaintain accurate delivery logs and documentationPerform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concernsFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocolsServe as a backup driver for scheduled deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate transportWarehouse Duties:Sort, organize, and store incoming documents and mailBox processed documents and place them on designated shelvingRetrieve boxes for shredding and prepare documents for onsite shreddingDispose of documents into shred bins as requiredMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentOperate pallet jacks and use ladders to store boxes on high shelvingQualifications:Required:Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordPrior driving experienceAbility to lift and move items up to 60 lbsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionEffective time management skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced operational environmentPreferred:Prior warehouse experienceExperience using pallet jacksPick-up and delivery experienceBasic computer skillsCan start ASAPPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and remain on feet for extended periodsRegular lifting, carrying, and stacking of boxes up to 60 lbsAbility to use ladders and warehouse equipment safelyAbility to work in varying weather conditions during deliveriesBenefitsRobust Medical package, dental, vision, and life insurance6 PTO days annually7 paid holidays with no wait time to qualify401(k) retirement plan
