You will work with global database engineering pods to define Kubernetes-native deployment standards, mentor database engineers, and represent Postgres platform requirements in executive planning and vendor negotiations.\n\nYou will:\n\nArchitect and lead PostgreSQL platform strategy across Dell's global fleet - HA design, disaster recovery, security hardening, and performance baselines for thousands of instances\nDesign and implement Postgres-on-Kubernetes at scale using operators (CloudNativePG/Patroni), storage architecture, multi-region failover, and observability integration\nBuild agentic/autonomous tooling for self-healing failover, automated VACUUM/analyze scheduling, and predictive capacity alerts using LLM-augmented logic\nAuthor Infrastructure-as-Code modules (Ansible)\nMentor engineers through weekly architecture reviews and represent Postgres requirements planning and vendor negotiations\n\nTake the first step towards your dream career\nEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
