Direct Support ProfessionalDSP Providing Direct Care and working alongside other Support Staff in the home for clients with disabilities (intellectual or behavioral)Golden Heart is hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals to work with higher-functioning individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, encouraging independence, and supporting individuals as they grow in life skills and personal goals without the demands of long shifts.In this position, you will provide short, focused support sessions that help individuals gain confidence and independence in everyday life.
