This role will work closely with Accounting, Operational leaders, and Executive Management to drive financial discipline, improve visibility into performance, and support strategic initiatives.The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling skills with business partnership capability.This is an on-site role.Key Responsibilities:Key participant in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processesDevelop and maintain financial models for revenue, expenses, cash flow, and scenario analysisPrepare monthly management reporting packages with variance analysis and KPI trackingSupport liquidity planning and working capital analysisPartner with department leaders to evaluate investments, cost initiatives, and strategic opportunitiesAssist with board materials and investor reporting support as neededSupport debt compliance reporting and covenant monitoringIdentify process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiencyQualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related fieldAdvanced Excel and Financial modeling expertiseExperience with ERP and financial planning systems preferredUnderstanding of GAAP financial statementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsMBA is a plusCore CompetenciesFinancial acumen and analytical capabilityStrategic thinking and business partnership mindsetHigh attention to detail with ability to see the broader pictureExecutive presence and communication skillsWork EnvironmentThis is an on-site role.Extensive periods of sitting and computer use.Willingness to work beyond a standard 40-hour workweek.This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
