Work with business users to gather, document, and validate requirements. Perform impact analysis for system enhancements, configuration changes, and production issues. Support Facets modules including Claims, Membership, Provider, Benefits, and Billing. Investigate and resolve data and system-related issues within Facets.Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and scripts. Perform data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis to support business operations. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and process improvement opportunities. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems and reports. Support data migration, testing, and system implementation activities.Create and maintain operational and ad-hoc reports using SQL and reporting tools. Develop dashboards and data visualizations to support business decision-making. Prepare functional and technical documentation, including requirements, process flows, and test cases. Document root cause analyses and resolution steps for production issues.Collaborate with business teams, developers, QA analysts, and project managers to deliver solutions. Participate in requirement gathering sessions, UAT activities, and production deployments.
