You will enjoy a highly varied day to day, building and managing partner relationships while developing your skills across programme management, stakeholder influence, and operational execution. As a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will also hold a highly visible position within a collaborative, high‐impact team, where your work directly contributes to Remote's broader growth and partner ecosystem.What you bringExperience managing strategic partner or customer relationships, with stakeholders up to VP / C levelTrack record of growing acquisition, retention and ARR for portfolios worth millions of dollarsKnowledge of B2B SaaS partnership and integration models, including APIs, SDKs and referralsKnowledge of the HR tech ecosystem, familiarity with EOR and Global Payroll productsDistinctive problem‐solving and prioritisation skills, especially frameworks to deliver sustainable revenue growthAbility to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels and in many functions, internally and externallyExperience working autonomously to navigate complexity and deliver clarity in a fast‐paced and highly ambiguous environmentRestless curiosity and deep empathyConcise and precise written and verbal communications; fluent EnglishRemote work experience is a plus but not requiredKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and drive technology partnership account strategy and execution, with the expected outcome of driving joint commercial success metrics, partner adoption of Remote Embedded & Partner APIs, and end customer adoption of Ecosystem integrationsOwn the joint commercial success of the partnership, establish key performance indicators that will determine the ultimate success of the partnershipsDrive partner sales enablement and orchestrate co‐selling motionsIdeate, launch and optimise co‐marketing and promotion opportunities (webinars, events, content sharing) and continue to maximise opportunities to accelerate businessOrganise and execute bi‐directional referral relationships where relevantMaintain all aspects of (joint) go‐to‐market planning & execution, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Design teamsFacilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) and collaborate with Partner to drive areas of improvement and growthMonitor revenue share pay‐ins and payouts and manage the partner payout process with select technology partnersCreate strong relationships within the technology partner's organization, in particular sales and support teamsReport on key performance metrics, analyse root causes, and create actionable plans to improve commercial and operational performancePro‐actively identify opportunities for expanding current partnershipsCollaborate and problem‐solve at all levels of the partner's organization and become the connector to different stakeholders within RemoteOrchestrate involvement of Remote execs and internal stakeholders as appropriate (across Product, Engineering, Operations, CX, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and more)Collect and communicate actionable partner and customer feedback to Remote's and partner's leadership teamsPracticalsReporting to: Head of Business DevelopmentLocation: AMER and EMEAStart date: As soon as possibleSalary and BenefitsAnnual salary range: $46,300 – $117,200 USD.Benefits include competitive compensation, equity, health insurance, flexible work environment, and access to Remote's benefits handbook.Work EnvironmentWe work asynchronously at Remote, which means you can plan your schedule around your life (and not around meetings).
