This role is heavily focused on solutioning, executing, implementing, and optimizing against customer strategies and business needs.\n\nYou are the bridge between a customer’s business goals, their technical stack, and the Field Nation labor marketplace. You will design, train, and enable the workflows and solutions that allow customers to adopt their field service delivery model through the Field Nation marketplace.\n\nWhat you'll get to do:\n\nTechnical Solution Design & Architecture\n\nDesign end-to-end work order lifecycles (ticket creation to payment) that prioritize automation, low friction, and high adoption, allowing for long-term scalability.\n\nConvert customer business goals into technical configurations that ensure successful platform implementation and utilization.\n\nDesign and build solutions for high-volume scenarios (e.g., rapid project rollouts), ensuring configurations can handle burst volume without failure.\n\nTraining & Education\n\nParticipate in the execution of customer discovery sessions to identify solutions that align with the customer’s broader business strategy.\n\nSuccessfully execute on assigned projects including but not limited to implementation, integration, optimizations, project ready roll-outs, etc.\n\nDeliver prescriptive training to client teams, focusing not just on \"how-to,\" but on the \"why\" behind the workflow to drive long-term adoption.\n\nTeach customers to operationalize the solution by coaching them on 1099 marketplace and platform best practices, talent management, and the behavioral shifts required for success.\n\nTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable language for both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nMarketplace Optimization\n\nPartner with existing customers to audit adoption and implement the tactical workflows used by top performers.\n\nManage the technical success of pilots and implementation projects, iterating on configurations based on data and feedback before full-scale rollout.\n\nIntegrations & API Support\n\nEducate customers on integration capabilities and limitations during their integration journey\n\nLead the technical solutioning for net new integrations, including discovery, technical design, build, test, and go live support.\n\nAct as the liaison between the customer and Field Nation Technical Delivery teams, ensuring integration specifications align with your designed workflow.\n\nUnderstand basic root-cause analysis for API errors and webhook failures to assist in rapid resolution during implementation.\n\nCollaboration & Knowledge Sharing\n\nCollaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Program Management, and Engineering to execute simple to complex projects (implementations, integrations, etc.), identify and mitigate risks, and drive consistent outcomes and results.\n\nConfidently present, advocate, and defend technical plans and ideas to internal teams and customers, while remaining open to feedback.\n\nWork under moderate supervision with latitude for independent judgment.\n\nContinuously update training materials and share program trends/insights with the wider team to drive department improvement.\n\nMaintain expert level knowledge of product features and functionality, providing training to client facing teams and feedback to product based on customers’ experience.\n\nYou might be a good fit if you have:\n\nRequired Experience and skillsets:\n\n2-5 years experience in solution engineering, implementation, technical account management/training or similar experience within a SaaS or marketplace environment.\n\nProven experience leading workshops and/or training sessions for diverse audiences.\n\nStrong technical background with proven experience designing and implementing workflows\n\nExcellent verbal and written skills\n\nUnderstanding of basic integration concepts - ‘API Fluent’\n\nStrong proficiency in Excel/Sheets (pivots, VLookups, etc)\n\nAdaptable in order to work in a fast-paced environment\n\nHighly-motivated, self-directed, goal oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize appropriately\n\nWhy we think you'll love it here:\nUnlimited paid time off\nAnnual vacation bonus - yes, we’ll pay you a bonus to take paid time off!\nIndividualized growth + development plans\nStrong values around work/life balance\nCommunity involvement opportunities\nCompetitive benefits: medical, dental, vision, paid parental leave + 401K\nExposure to cutting-edge technologies to solve meaningful problems\n$88,000 - $104,000 a year\n\nAt Field Nation, we share the value of transparency and enable this during our recruiting process.
