From hands-on activities and storytelling to everyday learning moments, you will help shape a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore the world around them.\n\nYou will serve as a trusted partner to families, a positive role model for children, and an important part of our collaborative teaching team dedicated to making early childhood education engaging, nurturing, safe, and fun.\n\nWhat your day looks like:\n\nSupport the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom\nHelp maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements\nEngage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time\nObserve children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher\nBuild relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication\nAssist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports\n\nRequirements:\n\nRequirements\n\nAt least 18 years old\nHigh school diploma or GED\nAbility to pass a background check\nGenuine care for children and a commitment to their safety and well-being\nStrong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with families\nPhysical ability to meet the demands of working with young children\n\nA degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education and prior experience in a licensed childcare center are a plus, but not required.
