We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our growing mattress and adjustable base import business. This role is essential in ensuring our customers, wholesale partners, and distributors receive timely support and accurate information.Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely mannerFollow up and resolves issues with orders, returns, and warranty claims accuratelyCoordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to track shipments and resolve delivery issuesMaintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactionsAssist in resolving product issues and escalating complex cases when neededSupport sales team with order updates and customer communicationQualifications:High School Diploma. Bachelor's Degree is a plusMinimum of two (2) years of customer service experience preferred (retail, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable working with order management systems and basic office softwareAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and team-oriented mindset
