As the Senior Product Owner, you’ll be responsible for establishing the product vision, translating said vision into a product backlog, and working with our team of developers to bring your vision to fruition. What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our TeamWork with the Vice President of Product Management to review market opportunities and define product vision and strategy.Lead the evolution of our existing products and conceptualize and launch new product ideas that have a big impact on the healthcare IT market.Work closely with Product Managers, developers, executives, and other departments to develop ideas and translate the company’s vision into clear user stories that capture the essence of WebPT.Navigate the vast landscape of great ideas submitted by customers as well as internal stakeholders and departments and target the best solutions for our customers’ business needs. What You Should Have to Qualify3+ years as a software product owner at a Healthcare IT organizationExperience working in an Agile/Scrum framework.Have track record of executing product strategy from concept to actual executionLeverage data-driven insights to make decisions and influence cross-functional stakeholdersBe organized, ahead of schedule, communicative, and accountable.Know your stuff and talk about it confidently, accurately, and honestly.Be able to juggle many complex projects, all with strict deadlines, simultaneously. Ideally, You Would Also Have TheseExperience in Healthcare IT or as a practitioner;Understanding of challenges of delivering products in a SaaS environment;CSPO or PSPO certification. About UsHere, we work hard—but we have lots of fun doing it.
