Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area for a Deep Foundation Drill Operator. The Drill Operator will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to drill and install deep foundations, ensuring safe and efficient work practices. Daily tasks involve assessing job site conditions, performing routine equipment inspections, collaborating with the construction crew, and troubleshooting operational issues as needed. Qualifications Experience with operating heavy drilling equipment and deep foundation drilling processes. Horizontal drilling experience is a plus. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, site plans, and technical documentationKnowledge of construction site safety procedures and equipment maintenanceProblem-solving and troubleshooting skills during on-site operationsAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
