We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members.\r\nWhat you'll do\r\nLead the execution of aircraft assembly and integration from initial planning through final delivery.\r\nServe as the technical and programmatic point of contact, managing coordination between engineering, manufacturing, systems, supply chain, and quality assurance teams.\r\nDevelop and maintain integrated program schedules, budgets, and risk registers to track progress and ensure milestones are met.\r\nOversee the physical integration of structural, mechanical, and avionic systems into aircraft platforms.\r\nEnsure configuration control, interface compatibility, and alignment with certification and customer requirements.\r\nIdentify and resolve technical and execution risks quickly and efficiently.\r\nCommunicate program status, risks, and recovery plans clearly to leadership and customers.\r\nWhat you need\r\nBachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.\r\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft assembly, integration, or manufacturing engineering, with at least 3 years in a program or technical leadership role.\r\nStrong technical knowledge of aircraft structural assemblies, system installations, wiring, hydraulics, and flight systems.\r\nProven ability to manage program schedules, technical scope, and cross-functional resources.\r\nExperience with program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheets, Jira) and standard office applications.\r\nDemonstrated success in managing program schedules, technical scope, and cross-disciplinary teams.\r\nExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.\r\nExpertise in advanced manufacturing tools (CAD, PLM, MES)\r\nStrong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills to set direction and mentor a diverse engineering team.\r\nAbility to thrive in a dynamic, high-iteration environment, balancing big-picture program goals with hands-on, real-time build solutions.\r\nBonus Qualifications\r\nNX Experience\r\nTeamcenter Experience\r\nSAP Experience\r\nPart 23 Certification Experience\r\nEVTOL Background\r\nPlease note that this job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not include an exhaustive list of responsibilities and qualifications.\r\nAt Archer we aim to attract, retain, and motivate talent that possess the skills and leadership necessary to grow our business.
