Join our elite team of M&A lawyers! We work on some of the most exciting transactions on the planet with cutting-edge companies in the technology and life sciences space and are looking for a Mergers & Acquisitions associate with 3-5 years of relevant experience, particularly in one or more of the areas of public and private company mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions.
