This position is classified as Grade 11, with a full pay range of $$53,390.65 to $74,790.83 . You are eligible for an incentive bonus up too 5% of your annual salary, prorated based on your start date. Final pay will be determined by your experience, skills, internal equity, and available budget.\nThis role is on site at our Woodridge, IL facility. Required hours are 10am-7pm. Some On call shifts are expected.\nWhat We’re Seeking\nWe are seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide frontline technical support to employees across manufacturing, distribution, and corporate environments. This role focuses on delivering a positive end-user experience by resolving technical issues efficiently and professionally.\nWhat You’ll Do (Responsibilities)\nProvide day-to-day technical support for end users, including hardware, applications, and system access issues.\nTroubleshoot and resolve incidents related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and software .\nSupport employees working in office, manufacturing, and warehouse environments.\nEscalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate IT teams\nDocument incidents, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.\nAssist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
