Come join our award-winning organization and work with the most talented and brightest minds in the GovCon industry.\nLocation:\nMcLean, VA (Remote)\nClearance:\nActive Secret\nResponsibilities\nFacilitates the development of new software solutions and transition of existing solutions from monolithic structures to micro-service structure operating within hardened containers.\nWorking with application development teams to refactor or create solutions that leverage the DevSecOps CI/CD pipeline and tools.\nInstructs/guides teams through their solution development.\nDeploys and sustain microservices factory utilizing COTS and open-source solutions.\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor’s Degree\nMust have the minimum years’ experience that is directly related to the following duties and responsibilities:\nPreferred SAFe Agile Certification or industry recognized equivalent certification.\nDriving strategy and overseeing architecture of continuous integration and deployment, and monitoring across technologies.\nCSP Certifications (e.g. AWS DevOps Engineer, Azure SA).\nDemonstrated experience with defining SAFe Agile methodology for large scale clients.\nDemonstrated experience in leading DevOps methodologies.\nDemonstrated experience with implementing Test Driven Development (TDD) Methodologies.\nDemonstrated experience with driving automated software development lifecycle toolchain\nDemonstrated experience with deployments in both on premise and cloud environments.\nExperience serving as the engineer of complex technology implementations in a product-centric environment.\nExperience with DevOps services using infrastructure as a service provider (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Compute Engine, RackSpace/OpenStack).\nUsing scripting or basic programming skills to solve problems.\nExperience with configuration management tools (e.g., TFS, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Salt, LVM).\nFamiliarity with containerization technologies (e.g., LXC, Docker, Rocket, OpenShift).\nFamiliarity with containerization technologies (e.g., LXC, Docker, Rocket, OpenShift).\n5+ years Agile experience.\n5+ years relevant experience.\nMust possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC) at time of proposal submission.\nCSP Certifications (e.g. AWS DevOps Engineer, Azure SA).\nMust have 8570 certifications (Security+).\nAbout Xcelerate Solutions:\nFounded in 2009 and headquartered in McLean, VA, Xcelerate Solutions (www.xceleratesolutions.com) is one of America's fastest-growing companies.
