Principal, Technical Program Manager The Artificial\nIntelligence & Decision Product Enablement (AI & DPE) is\nseeking a Principal Technical Program Manager, to drive product\noutcomes for Authorization and Authentication Decisioning teams\nwithin AI&DPE. The Artificial Intelligence & Decision\nProduct Enablement (AI & DPE) enables intelligent\ndecision-based products through real time and near real time\nstreaming analytics with the ability to govern these decisions and\nmanage their outcomes with business agility at global scale to\nsupport Cyber Intelligence and prevent Fraud. This is a hybrid\nposition based in O’Fallon, MO, requiring three days per week\nonsite. Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-year product\nand platform initiatives, spanning multiple teams, systems, and\nbusiness domains. • Drive alignment across engineering, product\nmanagement, rules, architecture, and customer success to ensure\nshared priorities, outcomes, and measurable success metrics. •\nProactively identify and mitigate risks, remove systemic blockers,\nand adapt plans to maintain delivery momentum and predictability. •\nServe as the single point of accountability for execution health,\ndelivery status, and executive-level reporting. • Drive continuous\nimprovement through data-driven insights, process optimization, and\nsimplification of delivery workflows. • Partner closely with TPMs\nand product leaders to translate customer needs into actionable\nrequirements, measurable outcomes, and cohesive roadmaps. • Enable\ncross-product planning and dependency management to support\nplatform-wide and enterprise priorities. • Coach and mentor TPMs,\nelevating standards for execution rigor, stakeholder management,\nand decision-making quality. • Leverage AI, automation, and\nintelligent tooling to scale delivery, improve reporting accuracy,\nand increase operational efficiency. • Deep expertise in Agile/SAFe\nmethodologies, with experience leading multiple teams across\ncomplex programs. • Technical proficiency within the payments\ndomain (Authorization, Authentication, Clearing), with experience\ndelivering AI/ML-driven fraud solutions. • Systems-level technical\nunderstanding, able to partner with engineering on architecture,\nAPIs, and platform design decisions. • Comfortable leveraging\nmodern tools and platforms such as MS Copilot, MS Project,\nMonday.Figma, Power BI, Easy BI, or similar. • Analytical and\ndata-driven mindset, defining KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to\nmeasure program success and optimize outcomes. • Skilled in\ncross-org strategic planning, shaping roadmaps, prioritizing\ninitiatives, and making trade-offs across speed, cost, and quality.\n• Experienced in organizational change and adoption, driving\nconsistent process improvements and operational excellence. •\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,\nInformation Technology, or a related field.
