Reporting to the Senior Graphic Design Manager, you'll serve as the primary 3D visualization partner across Graphic Design, Visual Experience, and Concept Design—bringing retail concepts to life through compelling visual storytelling.\nWorking closely with our Visual Experience Consultant, who defines the merchandising strategy and customer journey, and our Concept Design team, who develops the retail environment, you'll create high-quality 3D visualizations that communicate the final vision. Your focus will be on styling spaces with apparel, mannequins, fixtures, props, and branded elements, producing both stylized and photorealistic renderings based on client needs.\nYou'll also own our growing library of 3D assets, helping build scalable systems that improve quality, consistency, and creative efficiency.\nWhat You'll Do\nTranslate creative concepts into presentation-ready 3D retail visualizations.\nMerchandise retail environments using apparel, mannequins, fixtures, props, and branded elements.\nProduce both stylized and photorealistic renderings with a strong command of lighting, materials, composition, and camera angles.\nCollaborate closely with the Visual Experience Consultant, Concept Design team, and Graphic Design team to refine concepts and respond to creative feedback.\nCreate visualization assets for internal reviews, client presentations, and retail sell-in meetings.\nOwn and maintain the team's library of 3D assets, including apparel, fixtures, mannequins, props, and environmental elements.\nHelp establish best practices for asset management and workflow efficiency.\nLeverage AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies to accelerate ideation, streamline workflows, and enhance creative output while maintaining exceptional design quality.\nSupport environmental modeling and concept development when project needs require.\nWhat You Bring\n1–3 years of experience in 3D visualization, retail design, experiential design, visual merchandising, or a related creative field.\nA portfolio showcasing retail environments, merchandising displays, apparel visualization, or branded experiences.\nAdvanced proficiency in Rhino, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.\nStrong understanding of lighting, rendering, materials, textures, and composition.\nExperience creating both stylized and photorealistic renderings.\nWorking knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.\nUnderstanding of visual merchandising principles and retail storytelling.\nExperience incorporating AI-powered creative tools into your workflow to improve efficiency and enhance creative outcomes.\nStrong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.\nPreferred\nExperience with IWD.\nExperience in apparel, fashion, beauty, or specialty retail.\nFamiliarity with rendering engines such as V-Ray, Corona, Enscape, or similar.\nUnderstanding of retail fabrication and production processes.\nSuccess in This Role\nYou'll thrive in this role if you're equally passionate about creative storytelling and technical execution.
