Support Front Office operations by performing Guest Service Agent duties as needed.\nSupervise housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards are consistently achieved.\nConduct regular guest room inspections, review guest room deficiencies, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with brand and company cleanliness standards.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety procedures.\nMonitor productivity and completion of daily housekeeping assignments.\nCoordinate room readiness and cleaning priorities with Front Office staff to support guest arrivals and departures.\nVerify completion of laundry operations, inventory replenishment, and housekeeping supply management.\nAssist housekeeping operations as needed during high occupancy periods or staffing shortages. Perform housekeeping duties as needed to support operational demands and guest service expectations.\nProvide exceptional guest service and act as a primary point of contact for guest concerns.\nResolve guest complaints and service issues within established authority levels.\nUtilize service recovery techniques to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.\nCommunicate guest needs effectively with all hotel departments to ensure timely fulfillment of requests.\nMaintain a professional, courteous, and positive attitude during all guest interactions.\nServe as a liaison between Front Office, Housekeeping, and other hotel departments.\nCoordinate room status updates and operational priorities to ensure efficient room turnover and guest readiness.\nPerform administrative functions that support departmental operations and hotel management.\nSupport lost and found procedures and ensure proper documentation of recovered guest items.\n\nWhat You Will Bring\nMinimum 2 years of hotel operations experience in Front Office, Housekeeping, or related hospitality operations.\nStrong knowledge of hotel guest service standards and housekeeping operations.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
