HR & Finance Specialist

Job Summary-Job DescriptionManage recruitment and onboarding processes (job postings, interview coordination,employee onboarding).Maintain HR data, attendance records, payroll, and employee benefits.Plan and execute training programs.Establish and implement HR policies and procedures.Oversee administrative tasks and asset management (office supplies, equipment,facility management)Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.Support the accounting and organizational mission by ensuring accurate and efficientcompletion of assigned tasks.
