Responsibilities encompass maintaining cleanliness,\nadhering to safety protocols, and delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a fun, friendly, and\ninviting guest experience at the golf course.\nResponsibilities\nProvide a welcoming first contact with each guest and ensure an enjoyable experience\nProvide information regarding the course, play time, and other golf rules and cart conditions for the day\nAssist in maintaining golf course conditions by promoting the use of divot repair sand, ball marks, and bunkers being raked\nMove around the course in reverse order, hole 18 to hole 1, for safety reasons\nEnsure no outside coolers are brought on the course, as well as glass bottles\nMaintain communication with the Pro Shop in relation to players, the course, or other factors that\nwould affect smooth operation\nKeep all working areas attractive, neat, and clean and free of trash\nAssist other positions as needed to ensure complete guest satisfaction\nQualifications\nExcellent customer service and communication skills\nAbility to deal with difficult people or situations in a positive and diplomatic manner.\nMust be safety conscious and knowledgeable about the game of golf\nAbility to stand for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed\nAttention to detail and ability to multitask\nWillingness to learn and follow instructions from management\nBenefits\nThompson Golf Group owns and manages 7 courses throughout Arizona, Minnesota & Texas.
