Finance Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $140,000 to $160,000 per year.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport product costing activities by analyzing materials, components, and production inputs in a manufacturing setting. Assist with forecasting and margin analysis by reviewing cost trends and purchase price changes. Provide financial insight on production planning, inventory levels, and sourcing decisions. Partner with operations and engineering teams to evaluate material usage and production readiness. Develop reports and models to support financial analysis and improve process efficiency. RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in finance, cost analysis, or operational support roles. Familiarity with manufacturing or inventory driven environments and cost structures. Previous experience supporting forecasting, cost analysis, or inventory related reporting. Strong skills in spreadsheet tools and comfort working with large data sets. QualificationsAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Ability to collaborate across finance, operations, and supply chain teams. Prior experience building reports and improving data processes to increase efficiency. Comfortable working in evolving environments with changing systems and tools. Exposure to data tools or reporting platforms. REF #52199
