We are seeking a candidate who meets the qualifications listed below.\nThis position requires someone who is self-motivated, professional, and a solid team player. The Material Handlers are responsible for performing tasks that support the logistics team and support the technicians in the field. Excellent communication skills, a hard-working attitude, and ability to follow and demonstrate safe practices are essential to success in this role.\n\nResponsibilities for Material Handler\nLoading and unloading of incoming and outgoing materials and equipment\nStatus reporting on all matters affecting service operations\nUse of assistive devices such as hoists and lifts\nUse of protective devices such as padding, and straps\nEnsuring a safe work environment\nOperation of company vehicles to deliver materials to other branches\nSecuring building before and after business hours\nSupporting logistics team with other tasks as needed\nInternal relations and collaboration with other teams\n\nIdeal candidates will have the following qualifications:\n1 + years of experience in a similar role\nWillingness to work flexible hours and long-distance driving in the mountains\nExcellent coordination and collaboration skills\nValues and displays exceptional customer service\nStrong organization skills\nExperience in HVAC, construction, engineering, or related industry\nExperience and demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal departments, vendors, and customers\nValid Driver’s License with driving record in good standing\nMinimum Qualifications:\nOver 18 years of age\nHigh School diploma or GED\nAbility to bend and lift up to 50lbs\nStrong written and verbal English skills\nValid driver's license with driving record in good standing\n\nCompensation & Benefits:\nAverage Starting Wage: $18-$22/hr.
