Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Office Administrative Assistant for a role based in Atlanta, GA. The candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support, managing schedules, handling incoming and outgoing communication, maintaining organized records, and assisting in daily office operations. This role combines in-office tasks, requiring strong time management and organization skills.ResponsibilitiesGeneral administration: support the team with filing, formatting, schedules, calendaring, mail, greeting visitors, answering phones, manage office supplies and equipment, assist with travel arrangements and overall keeping everything organized. Data entry: responsible for keeping records accurate, up-to-date, and easy to find. Finance Support: assist with billing, expense tracking, and financial reporting. HR Support: assist with onboarding, benefits, and employee support. Comfortable with software, systems, and solving problems. IT Support: help troubleshoot tech issues and keep systems running smoothly.
