System Engineer

Job Details:Job Title: Systems Engineer – Medical DevicesLocation: Milwaukee, WI 53224Pay Rate: $60.73/hr on W2 (No Benefits)Duration: 12-Month ContractWork Schedule: 1st ShiftWe are seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer to join a cutting-edge medical device development team supporting innovative diagnostic cardiology and healthcare technologies. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the complete product development lifecycle — from defining customer needs to supporting a successful product launch.Key Highlights:Lead system-level design and product architecture activities.Drive requirements management, risk management, verification & validation.Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Service teams.Own and maintain Design History File (DHF) documentation and traceability.Support usability engineering, cybersecurity, reliability, manufacturability, and serviceability initiatives.Work on innovative medical device technologies in a fast-paced Agile development environment.Provide technical leadership and systems integration support across product programs.Ideal Background:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.3+ years of systems engineering or product development experience.Strong understanding of requirements management, risk analysis, verification & validation, and systems integration.Experience with tools/practices such as QFD, Pugh Matrix, CTQ, DFR, or DFX.Medical device industry experience is highly preferred.Looking for professionals who are analytical, collaborative, organized, self-driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare products.Interested candidates are encouraged to apply or connect directly for more details!
