You’ll work on ATS integrations, mailbox integrations, and SSO, and help make messy external systems work in production. That includes building integration logic, debugging sync issues, handling edge cases, and developing scalable patterns around complex external dependencies.\nThis is a strong fit for someone who likes solving ambiguous technical problems, sweating the details, and working across systems and stakeholders.\nYou have\nStrong engineering fundamentals and comfort working in code\nExperience with APIs, webhooks, OAuth, SSO, or third-party integrations\nExcellent attention to detail and strong debugging instincts\nClear written and verbal communication\nHigh ownership and persistence in ambiguous environments\nBonus points if you\nHave experience with ATS or HR tech systems\nHave worked on mailbox, identity, or integration-heavy products\nHave experience in a startup or highly cross-functional technical role\nPerks & Benefits\nTop-of-market compensation with meaningful equity, because everyone should share in our success.\nComprehensive healthcare with 100% employer-paid medical coverage for employees (PPO Platinum plan with $0 deductible). 90% employer contribution for dependents.
