Whether you will spend your day brainstorming in an office cubicle, operating a crane, running manufacturing equipment or troubleshooting technical obstacles, at CMC, you’ll get the training and support from your team that you need to excel in your role and reach your full potential.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nWork in various roles within operations team to learn equipment, processes and procedures from start to finish.\n\nAttend daily shift meetings to measure progress and obtain feedback.\n\nInteract with technical engineers and non-technical operations personnel to integrate new technologies and update existing systems, as well as provide technical troubleshooting support to operations.\n\nImprovement projects from design through installation and start-up.\n\nAssist in maintaining and improving process systems, including programmable logic controllers, process communications networks, and human machine interface equipment.\n\nWhat You’ll Need\n\nProficient in MS Office programs – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint required. SAP experience a plus.\n\nStrong communication skills required.
