Job DescriptionAre you a highly skilled maintenance professional with a passion for solving complex technical challenges? As a Maintenance Technician III, you will be a key contributor to equipment reliability, leading advanced troubleshooting efforts and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. In this role, you will serve as a technical resource for the maintenance team, helping drive performance while supporting the production of high-quality products.Compensation & ScheduleStarting Pay $36.85/hrShift Differential 10% for night shiftSchedule Rotating 2-2-3 shift pattern (day and night shifts)What You’ll DoEnsure safe and reliable operation of production and packaging equipmentPerform advanced troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systemsLead diagnosis of complex equipment issues and implement effective corrective actionsExecute and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategiesSupport and lead equipment changeovers, startups, and line optimization effortsAnalyze equipment performance, identify recurring issues, and drive sustainable improvementsLead and participate in structured problem-solving (RCA, PDCA, etc.) to reduce downtimeAccurately document maintenance work, root causes, and corrective actions in CMMS systemsCollaborate with engineers to improve equipment design, reliability, and performanceTrain, coach, and mentor Maintenance Technician I and II team membersSupport installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment and production linesPromote and uphold a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety standardsBasic QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training strongly preferred5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentAdvanced troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systemsAbility to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues independentlyExperience with preventive and predictive maintenance programsAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manualsProficiency with CMMS systems and maintenance documentationDemonstrated problem-solving skills using structured methods (RCA, PDCA, or similar)Strong communication skills and ability to mentor and support team developmentDemonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementWillingness to travel domestically and internationally for training as neededPreferred QualificationsExperience with PLC troubleshooting and automated systems (robotics, conveyors, packaging equipment)Experience leading troubleshooting efforts or serving as a technical lead on shiftInvolvement in equipment upgrades, installations, or continuous improvement projectsWhat We OfferClear pathway to Engineering or Maintenance Leadership rolesAdvanced technical training and development opportunitiesCollaborative, team-oriented environmentCompetitive pay and benefitsApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
