This individual will possess expertise in SAP processes, international logistics, customs regulations, procurement practices, and warehouse operations.\nWhat You Will Do\nWork across several programs to execute approved supply chain and hardware fulfillment solutions.\nManage daily logistics operations from supplier through customer delivery.\nCoordinate suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.\nMonitor inventory levels and execute replenishment activities based on demand forecasts.\nEnsure accurate SAP transactions for purchasing, inventory movements, shipments, and deliveries.\nMaintain inventory visibility and accuracy across multiple warehouse locations.\nTrack shipments and ensure on-time delivery performance.\nSupport customs clearance activities and compliance with import/export regulations.\nResolve logistics issues including transportation delays, inventory discrepancies, and supplier performance concerns.\nMonitor and report on key operational metrics, including inventory accuracy, delivery performance, and logistics costs.\nIdentify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.\nSupport customer deployment and implementation projects.\nDevelop and maintain logistics processes, procedures, and documentation.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.\nCollaborate with procurement, sales, finance, project operations, and external partners to achieve business objectives.\n\nThe Skills You Bring\n5+ years of logistics, warehouse, inventory, transportation, or supply chain operations experience.\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field.\nExperience managing third-party hardware fulfillment operations.\nStrong project coordination and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.\nKnowledge of procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes.\nWorking knowledge of SAP logistics, inventory, warehouse, and procurement processes.\nExperience managing suppliers, warehouses, logistics providers, and external partners.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve operational challenges.\nExperience monitoring KPIs and driving operational performance improvements.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nWorking knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and import/export requirements.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.\nContinuous improvement mindset with experience driving process optimization and cost savings.\nWhy join Ericsson?\nAt Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
