No job descriptiSenior NetSuite Technical ConsultantRemote Contract OpportunityWe are working with a growing organization operating within a complex multi-entity NetSuite environment seeking a senior-level NetSuite Technical Consultant to support post-go-live stabilization, workflow optimization, and ongoing system enhancements across finance and operational functions.The organization recently went live on NetSuite and is currently experiencing challenges related to permissions, role-based visibility, approval workflows, and overall system usability. They are seeking a highly hands-on technical consultant who can quickly diagnose issues, stabilize the environment, and implement scalable solutions within a live production system.This is a high-impact role requiring a strong blend of technical NetSuite expertise and techno-functional understanding, along with the ability to communicate effectively with both leadership and operational stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and optimize an existing live NetSuite environmentReview and improve role-based permissions and entity visibility across multiple subsidiariesDesign, configure, and enhance workflow automation across finance and operational processesSupport invoice processing, AP workflows, approvals, and routing structuresIdentify system inefficiencies and implement scalable technical solutions and best practicesDevelop and support SuiteScript customizations and enhancements where neededAssist with integrations and system-to-system data flow improvementsPartner with leadership and business users to improve system usability and reportingSupport post-go-live stabilization and ongoing ERP optimization initiativesProvide technical guidance and knowledge transfer to internal teams and administratorsRequirementsStrong NetSuite technical consulting experience within live production environmentsHands-on SuiteScript experience (SuiteScript 2.x preferred)Experience with workflows, approvals, and role-based permissions within multi-entity environmentsStrong troubleshooting and debugging skills across NetSuite configurations and customizationsExperience supporting AP, invoicing, and financial operational workflowsFamiliarity with integrations and system-to-system data flowsAbility to work independently within fast-paced, evolving environmentsStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience supporting post-go-live stabilization initiatives preferredWhat They're Looking ForSenior-level NetSuite technical or techno-functional consultant who can operate as a true SMESomeone capable of quickly stabilizing a live environment and implementing practical long-term solutionsHands-on problem solver comfortable working directly within production systemsStrong attention to detail with the ability to balance technical execution and business impactConsultant who can bring structure, best practices, and scalability to the NetSuite environmenton added Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
