You'll manage the day-to-day execution, direct Superintendents and Project Engineers, and build trusted relationships with district leadership.\nServing districts across Southeast Michigan - ideal candidates may live near Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Tecumseh, Jackson, Saline, or other surrounding areas.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead day-to-day execution from preconstruction through closeout\nDevelop and manage schedules in partnership with your Superintendent\nOversee budgets, forecasts, and cost control\nManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation\nConduct weekly trade coordination meetings\nEnforce safety and occupied-building protocols\nMaintain strong communication with district stakeholders\nMentor Project Engineers and Coordinators\nWhat Success Looks Like\nIn year one, you're confidently managing active school projects and delivering on opening-day deadlines.\nWithin a few years, you're leading larger or multiple projects, earning district trust, and preparing for Senior PM responsibilities.\nWhat You'll Bring\n5+ years of commercial construction PM experience\nK–12 or occupied-building experience preferred\nStrong scheduling and financial management discipline\nClear communication with public-sector clients\nProven ability to lead field and office teams\nProficiency with ProjectSight, Phoenix, Bluebeam, Microsoft Suite\nWhat Makes Clark Different\nYou'll have real ownership with real support.
