This role is critical for providing high-quality care to patients with cardiac and other medical conditions requiring continuous monitoring.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms, identifying any changes or abnormalities.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly.Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations. RequirementsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oregon.Minimum of 2 years of experience in telemetry nursing preferred.Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
