Brunswick believes “Next Never Rests™,” and we offer a variety of exciting careers and growth opportunities within united teams defining the future of marine recreation.\nPosition Overview\n\nAssembles and wires components into a completed electrical panel\nUses a variety of hand and power tools as necessary\nLocating parts utilizing detail BOM’s, drawings, standard work, tools, and/or fixtures\nWorks following specific job instructions and training\nMay include building wire assemblies as required\nPerform in-production testing and inspection using electronic test equipment to ensure that parts and assemblies meet production specs and standards\nRoute and bundle wires and cables neatly and according to established electrical standards\nCheck work to ensure error-free products\nRead Bill of Materials to identify all components needed for panel assembly\nPhysical Requirements\n\nAbility to work a 8+ hour shift standing, bending, reaching\nAbility to work in a non-climate controlled environment (may be above 75 ambient degrees or below 60 ambient degrees in areas of production)\nAbility to work in a fast paced environment with a focus on quality\nAbility to work overtime (planned and unplanned)\nModerate lifting ability up to 50 lbs.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required\n\nRead and understand electrical wiring diagrams\nAbility to use a variety of mechanical and electrical hand tools for panel assembly\nMust have ability to work efficiently without direct supervision\nAbility to understand and follow verbal and written directions\nAbility to work with fellow coworkers in close proximity and in a team environment displaying mutual respect\nDemonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in work product\nFollow company policies and procedures\nShift: This position will be for first shift 7:30am-4:00pm. Overtime frequently required based on business needs.
