Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney based in Louisville, KY. The attorney will manage cases involving medical malpractice defense from inception to resolution. Responsibilities include preparing legal documents, conducting case-related research, developing defense strategies, providing legal advice to clients, and representing clients during litigation, mediations, and negotiations. Collaboration with clients, colleagues, and witnesses is a core component of the role.
