This job requires frequent interactions with other employees. Must be able to work well with other employees. Candidate must be self-motivated and prepared to take initiative. Maintain liner and equipment needed for production.\n\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nWork Safely at all times\nMaintain 5S & participate in continuous improvement efforts\nWorks well in a team environment\nResponsible for the timely delivery and removal of lining material to lining machines\nMaintains inventory accuracy of liner going into and out of inventory locations\nCan use a scanner\nCan Identify Quality and continuous improvements opportunities.\nSupport team members as needed\nSeek out assistance from direct supervisor/manager as needed\nBe RESULTS oriented\n\nSKILLS REQUIRED\nOvertime when business needs dictate\nGood ergonomics (heavy lifting)\nGood math skills (test will be given)\nAbility to measure with a ruler to 1/32”\nAbility to obtain a forklift license and use other material handling equipment\nHigh school diploma or GED*\nExperience and general knowledge of lining procedures preferred\nDemonstrated equivalent education and experience will be considered\n\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nRequired to walk, sit and/or stand for up to 11.75 hours per day.\nMay be required to reach with hands and arms.\nAs needed, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull, maintain balance, bend at the waist, kneel, walk varying distances, and climb stairs and lift to 50 lb\n\nAbout Us:\nMRP Solutions is a leading provider of high-quality, injection molded closures, jars and recyclable packaging components used every day by millions of consumers around the globe.
