Success in this role will be measured by measurable revenue growth, not simply the number of tests launched.\n\nThis is a highly visible role that partners closely with the Director of Ecommerce, Head of Growth, Marketing, Creative, Development, and Lifecycle Marketing teams to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and execute experiments that drive meaningful business results.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOwn Bask & Lather's CRO Strategy\nDevelop and own the company's conversion optimization roadmap.\n\nPrioritize initiatives based on customer insights, analytics, and revenue impact. Strong understanding of UX principles and consumer psychology. Proven ability to increase conversion rate and revenue through experimentation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong project management and prioritization abilities.
