Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)(Skilled care, rehabilitation, memory support, long-term care)Position Overview:The facility is looking for compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. LPNs will provide essential nursing care, assist RNs and physicians, and ensure the well-being of residents in our skilled nursing, rehab, memory support, and long-term care units.Key Responsibilities:Provide basic patient care under the supervision of an RN or physicianAdminister medications and assist with treatments as prescribedMonitor patients' vital signs and report changes to the RN or physicianAssist in the creation and implementation of patient care plansDocument patient information and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care Requirements:Active PA LPN license (or eligible for reciprocity)Completion of a criminal background check and FBI check (if not a PA resident for the past 3+ years)2 professional referencesCompletion of a 2-step TB test, drug screen, and physical examOpen to working any of the 3 available shifts (day, evening, night) Compensation & Benefits:Starting Pay Rate: *0/hour, with higher rates based on experienceHousing: Temporary on-site housing available at no charge for the first 3 monthsRelocation & Sign-on Bonuses: Available, contingent on a work commitmentBenefits: Full benefits package, including a *,000 tuition benefit for a 2-year commitment Hiring Preferences:Direct hire for U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or U.S. nationalsContract-to-hire options available for candidates requiring immigration assistance
