They are recognized for strong employee retention, a collaborative culture, and the ability to provide real autonomy and accelerated career progression.Job DescriptionLead multiple commercial interior projects simultaneously, typically ranging from $200K-$1M.Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, and subcontractors throughout all phases.Oversee project financials, forecasting, and cost control to ensure successful delivery.Manage submittals, RFIs, procurement, and change orders with accuracy and urgency.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support high repeat-business volume.Develop and maintain project schedules to meet 8-12 week turnaround timelines.Resolve day-to-day construction challenges proactively and independently.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
