This is a specialist role focused on analysis, calculation and structured financial planning. You will work closely with Financial Planners to produce high-quality, well-reasoned advice that can be delivered to clients in a clear and accessible format.\r\nYour primary responsibility will be to analyse client information, model outcomes, research appropriate solutions and construct robust financial plans. You will create the financial strategies and suitability reports that underpin client recommendations, ensuring they are technically sound, compliant and aligned to client objectives. These plans will then be delivered in client meetings by our Financial Planners.\r\nThis role is less administration-heavy than many paraplanning positions. It is designed for someone who enjoys the technical depth of financial planning - scenario modelling, tax efficiency, product research and structured report writing - and who takes pride in producing work that stands up to scrutiny.\r\nAt Old Mill, we take a holistic view of financial planning.
