This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related technology while delivering exceptional customer service. The technician will also assist with hardware deployments, asset management, technology refresh projects, and support operations at the Walkup Technology Desk.\nQualifications & Experience Required (3+ Years)\nDesktop support experience in an enterprise environment.\nExperience supporting Windows 11, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365 suite, MacOS and iOS.\nWorking knowledge of Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, TCP/IP networking, and computer hardware.\nExperience using ticketing systems such (ServiceNow preferred).\nStrong troubleshooting skills.\nOther Requirements:\nAbility to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to transport computer equipment and peripherals.\nGreat customer service skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nValid driver's license.\nAbility to do frequent driving and walking throughout airport facilities.\nWork may rarely include evenings and weekends as operational needs require.\nPreferred Certification:\nAssociate or Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related field.\nCompTIA A+ or Microsoft certification.\nExperience working in an enterprise environment.\nABOUT ISHIR\nISHIR is a digital innovation and enterprise AI services provider.
