It offers strong potential for long-term growth for someone who is proactive, analytical, and eager to expand their technical skillset.\r\nCore Responsibilities\r\nProvide ongoing support for business-critical systems related to billing, reporting, and operations\r\nWrite and refine SQL queries to support reporting needs, data analysis, and issue resolution\r\nDevelop and maintain reports using a combination of SQL-based tools and reporting platforms\r\nAssist with integrations and document generation processes for invoicing systems\r\nSupport and maintain AS400 / iSeries environments and related applications\r\nManage and troubleshoot document output processes, including invoice and payment generation\r\nMaintain PDF and imaging systems used for document storage and processing\r\nPerform basic server support tasks including monitoring and troubleshooting system issues\r\nCreate and maintain scripts (batch, PowerShell, or Java-based) to automate routine tasks\r\nPartner with business teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency\r\nInvestigate and resolve production issues while documenting solutions and procedures\r\nProvide support for JD Edwards (JDE) systems and related integrations as needed\r\nContribute to efforts aimed at improving legacy systems, workflows, and reporting capabilities\r\nRequired Skills & Experience\r\nStrong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, joins, and data manipulation\r\nExperience with reporting tools such as Showcase Query, Report Writer, or similar\r\nHands-on experience working with AS400 / iSeries systems\r\nScripting experience with tools such as PowerShell, batch scripting, or Java utilities\r\nBackground supporting enterprise applications, especially invoicing or document management systems\r\nSolid troubleshooting skills across applications, data, and basic infrastructure\r\nAbility to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision\r\nDemonstrated aptitude for quickly learning new systems and technologies\r\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities\r\nStrong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business users\r\nPreferred Background\r\nFamiliarity with ACOM integrations and form configuration\r\nExperience with enterprise document/output platforms such as Inspire\r\nExperience in manufacturing or distribution environments\r\nExposure to server or infrastructure support\r\nKnowledge of document imaging systems and PDF management tools\r\nAdditional Information\r\nThis opportunity is within a collaborative, lean team environment where individuals are expected to take initiative and contribute across multiple technical areas.
