secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure\nDevelop standardized infrastructure patterns, reusable modules, and platform services for application teams\nSupport networking, compute, storage, identity, secrets management, and related cloud services\nPartner with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and development teams on platform design and technology DevOps Adoption\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nPrevious experience within investment banking, financial services, private equity, asset management, or another highly regulated enterprise environment\nAdvanced experience with the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, particularly technologies such as Azure DevOps, Entra ID, AKS, Azure Monitor, Key Vault, and Azure networking\nExperience with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes\nExperience developing reusable Bicep modules and managing enterprise-scale Bicep environments\nExperience with DevSecOps, including SAST, DAST, dependency scanning, container scanning, secrets scanning, and policy-as-code\nFamiliarity with enterprise security and governance frameworks, including audit controls, change management, segregation of duties, and technology risk management\nKnowledge of database platforms and deployment automation involving SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases\nExperience with API management, messaging/event platforms, or enterprise integration technologies\nFamiliarity with SRE concepts such as SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, capacity management, and reliability engineering\nExperience with disaster recovery and business continuity testing\nBuild and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Azure Bicep\nAutomate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, deployments, patching, and recurring operational processes\nDevelop automation and tooling using Powershell or Python\nEstablish reusable automation frameworks that reduce manual processes and improve environment consistency\nDesign, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Classic and Release Pipelines\nAutomate application build, testing, security scanning, deployment, and release-management processes\nImplement deployment strategies such as rolling deployments, blue/green deployments, and automated rollback\nPartner with development teams to improve release velocity, repeatability, and overall developer experience\nEstablish source-control, branching, artifact-management, and deployment best practices\nImplement application and infrastructure monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability\nWork with technologies such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Dynatrace, Idera, etc\nDefine and monitor operational metrics, service health indicators, and infrastructure capacity\nParticipate in production incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident remediation\nIdentify recurring operational issues and implement automation or architectural improvements to eliminate them\nSupport disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and infrastructure resiliency initiatives\nEmbed security practices throughout infrastructure and software delivery processes\nPartner with cybersecurity teams to implement identity and access management, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, patching, encryption, and security controls\nIntegrate security scanning and policy enforcement into CI/CD pipelines\nMaintain infrastructure and deployment practices consistent with enterprise governance, change management, and audit requirements\nSupport remediation of vulnerabilities, configuration issues, and technology risks\nPartner with application developers to improve application architecture, deployment processes, and operational readiness\nPromote DevOps practices including automation, Infrastructure as Code, continuous delivery, observability, and shared ownership\nCreate technical documentation, runbooks, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures\nMentor development and infrastructure teams on cloud and DevOps engineering best practice\n1+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, cloud engineering, site reliability engineering, infrastructure engineering, or a related technical discipline\nHands-on professional experience with at least one major cloud platform, preferably Microsoft Azure\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably using Azure Bicep\nProven experience designing and maintaining enterprise CI/CD pipelines\nStrong scripting and automation capabilities using PowerShell, Python, or similar languages\nExperience with Git, source-control practices, branching strategies, and code-review processes\nStrong understanding of cloud
