Stays abreast of best practices, standards and industry changes in software and hardware upgrades and regularly informs manager, so that Company stays up-to-date on all platforms.\nAttributes\n· High-attention-to-detail with excellent follow through and organizational skills\n· Professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills\n· Problem-solving skills\n· Attention to elegant design, performance, user experience, scalability, clean and documented code is required\n· 508, internationalization skills, and mastery of variations on web platforms are a must\n· Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure and to efficiently deal with multiple priorities simultaneously will be the key to success in this position\n· Visually able to communicate the product or service in a manner that will appeal to the target audience, while supporting the Company brand and image\n· A positive attitude a must!\n· Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure and to efficiently deal with multiple priorities simultaneously will be the key to success in this position\nResponsibilities\n· Serve as primary technical advisor to management and provide programming perspective on requirements\n· Provide technical leadership & mentor members of the Development Team\n· Oversee & lead all development effort of the strategic features of Company websites\n· Determine and initiate opportunities to optimize the site architecture to reach SEO traffic targets\n· Work with colleagues, Project Managers and Product Owners to support various marketing automation initiatives (i.e., auto-mailer, integration with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.)\n· Work with colleagues and Project Managers to build and refine functionality for web applications\n· Develop innovative, reusable Web-based tools for our line of products\n· Work closely with Project Managers and other members of the Development Team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables\n· Produce project estimates during R&D process, including expertise required, total number of people required, total number of development hours required, etc\n· Convert raw images and layouts from a graphic designer into CSS/HTML 5 themes\n· Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to R&D\n· Communicate to the Project Manager with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays. Engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide high value-of-service to clients\n· Alert colleagues to emerging technologies or applications and the opportunities to integrate them into operations and activities\n· Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and drive those from concept to implementation\n· Attend meetings during the R&D process and during development\nQualifications\n· Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in written form\n· 6+ years of development experience\n· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field or equivalent experience\n· Must have strong skills in the Microsoft .NET Framework environment (including: Visual Studio, C#).
