Provide clear, accurate information and directions in a friendly, courteous and a professional manner.\n\nRecordkeeping: Maintain logs and reports as described in Standard Operating Procedures and other applicable policies.\n\nTMS Systems: Provide effective traffic control by operating and monitoring TMS systems (CCTV monitors, CO Analyzers, Haze Detectors, fire alarms, traffic map board, NewTon, etc.) and operating active components when appropriate.\n\nTraffic Management and Facility Operations: Conduct traffic management and facility operations by understanding and applying Standard Operating Procedures and other applicable policies and regulations.
