You will work closely with engineering teams, suppliers, manufacturing groups, and global development partners to ensure systems meet performance, quality, cost, timing, and customer-experience targets.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDevelop and integrate ADAS components and systems for future vehicle programs.\nDefine system architecture, component packaging, electrical interfaces, operating parameters, and functional requirements.\nSupport ADAS features such as Automatic Emergency Braking, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keeping Assist, Blind Spot Monitoring, parking support, and camera-based systems.\nCreate and maintain development schedules from concept through Start of Production.\nCoordinate project milestones, technical deliverables, and timing with suppliers and internal engineering teams.\nReview system requirements, supplier specifications, test plans, and validation results.\nIntegrate ADAS software with vehicle hardware and electronic control units.\nAnalyze CAN and CAN-FD data to evaluate system and vehicle performance.\nPerform vehicle, virtual, Model-in-the-Loop, and Hardware-in-the-Loop testing.\nInvestigate software, hardware, and vehicle-level issues using structured root-cause analysis.\nDevelop and implement corrective actions for testing, production, and field concerns.\nUse engineering quality tools such as DFMEA, DRBFM, and Fault Tree Analysis.\nSupport vehicle evaluation, manufacturing, and launch activities at testing and production locations.\nPrepare parts lists, wiring specifications, technical reports, presentations, and other engineering documentation.\nCommunicate project status, risks, recommendations, and technical findings to engineering leadership.\nCollaborate with local customers, suppliers, and international engineering teams.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field.\nAt least five years of automotive systems development, integration, or validation.\nExperience supporting medium- or large-scale ADAS programs from concept through production.\nKnowledge of vehicle electrical architecture, ECUs, CAN, and CAN-FD communication.\nExperience developing or validating ADAS features such as AEB, ACC, LKAS, BSM, parking assistance, and camera systems.\nExperience reviewing system requirements, test specifications, and supplier deliverables.\nExperience with root-cause analysis and corrective-action development.\nProgramming knowledge in Python, C, or C++.\nExperience integrating embedded software with vehicle hardware.\nExperience analyzing vehicle network data and validating system performance.\nFamiliarity with HIL, MIL, virtual simulation, or model-based development methods.\nKnowledge of DFMEA, DRBFM, FTA, or similar engineering quality tools.\nStrong project planning, organization, and task-prioritization skills.\nClear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with international teams and senior leadership.\nAbility to travel to testing, manufacturing, supplier, or vehicle-event locations as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working directly with automotive suppliers and global engineering teams.\nExperience supporting vehicle manufacturing, prototype builds, or production launches.\nExperience presenting technical recommendations to executive-level leadership.\nFamiliarity with automotive functional safety, SOTIF, or structured requirements-management processes.\n***1506919 / 1506923 ***\nCompany Overview\nAdapt Technology is a US-based engineering and staffing firm specializing in delivering innovative solutions across diverse industries, including automotive, aerospace, medical, and automation.
