In this role, you'll help discover, evaluate, and implement advanced manufacturing technologies that improve product quality, increase efficiency, and support the future of aviation interiors.\nThis is an opportunity to work on meaningful projects that have a direct impact on products used by leading aircraft manufacturers around the world.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevelop and evaluate new manufacturing technologies and processes.\nDesign and conduct experiments to improve products and production capabilities.\nAnalyze process data to identify opportunities for improvement.\nBuild predictive models and tools that help bring new products to market faster.\nTroubleshoot manufacturing and product issues using scientific and engineering principles.\nCollaborate with R&D, Engineering, Operations, and customer-facing teams to deliver innovative solutions.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a Physical Science (Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Physics, etc.).\nExperience in a manufacturing, laboratory, or process engineering environment.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with data analysis and process improvement.\nProgramming experience with Python, SQL, MATLAB, R, C++, or similar is a plus.\nExperience with process controls, sensors, or automation technologies is preferred.\nA self-starter who enjoys learning new technologies and working across multiple disciplines.\nTo conform with US export regulations and ITAR 120.15 and EAR Part 772, incumbents for this role must be eligible for any required authorizations from the US government.\nWhy Join Schneller?\nFor more than 60 years, Schneller has been an industry leader in manufacturing high-performance decorative laminates used in commercial and business aircraft worldwide.
