Our products are proven to be energy-saving, intelligent in control capabilities, and highly reliable in all challenging climate zones across the globe.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nThe essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:\nDevelop, test and refine manufacturing processes and procedures for manufacturing methods, equipment and machinery operation according to product and engineering design and specification.\nSpecify equipment and machinery requirements and confer with equipment vendors for equipment selection.\nAssure product and process quality by designing testing methods and standards.\nContinuously evaluate equipment and processes. Develop, test and install new equipment or adopt new procedures for optimization of production efficiency, cost, quality, safety etc.\nTroubleshoot in the event of problems or issues with other teams (R&D, quality, production, quality, etc.)\nPrepare product and process reports, such as Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.\nProvide training and guidance to engineers, technicians and assembly line workers.\nComplete documentation to show and ensure compliance with both internal and external regulations and protocols.\nInternational or domestic travel may be required for business or training purposes.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronic or related majors.\n5+ years of working experience in a similar role in HVAC industry.\nProfound knowledge of HVAC manufacturing procedures, quality standards and strong technical skills.\nTechnical savvy. Proficiency in CAD.\nGood communication and problem-solving skills.\nMust be a team player, safety minded and customer service oriented.\nPhysical Demands:\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
