Personal Care Product Manager (Smithfield)

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy bringing new products to market, this could be the ideal next step in your career.Company & Position Highlights:Lead development of personal care, beauty, and wellness products for major national retail partnersManage the full product lifecycle, including concept development, launch execution, retail placement, and performance analysisCollaborate with R&D, sourcing, merchandising, inventory, and retail teams across domestic and international marketsJoin a fast-growing organization offering strong long-term career advancement opportunitiesCompetitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits packageSalary range: $75,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience, plus bonus potentialKey Responsibilities of the Personal Care Product Manager:Oversee daily product development initiatives and account support activities, ensuring projects move efficiently from concept to launchPartner with national retail buying and development teams to identify market opportunities and create innovative product programsWork alongside Category Managers and international merchandising teams to execute both seasonal and evergreen product strategiesAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and category performance to identify opportunities for growth and innovationCoordinate with inventory and supply chain teams to support stock planning and replenishment strategiesAssist with retail execution efforts, including product setup, merchandising strategy, and in-store placement initiativesServe as a liaison between U.S. and international teams to align sourcing, development, and production timelinesAttend trade shows and industry events to stay ahead of emerging trends and strengthen vendor relationshipsManage product samples throughout development to ensure quality standards, brand consistency, and launch readinessQualifications of the Personal Care Product Manager:Bachelor's degree preferred5+ years of product development and/or account management experience within a consumer packaged goods (CPG) environmentStrong background in personal care, beauty, and/or health & wellness products requiredExperience supporting major national or big-box retail accounts strongly preferredDemonstrated success collaborating with retail buying and product development teamsStrong understanding of product lifecycle management within a retail-driven environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExcellent organizational, project management, and multitasking abilitiesStrong communication and collaboration skills across teams and global marketsComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environmentWillingness to travel domestically and internationally as neededSubmit your resume today for immediate considerationWant to explore more exciting job opportunities?
