In this role, you will be the first point of contact for internal customers, partners, and engineering teams — helping them troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues related to Kubernetes cloud-native platforms. You will play a critical part in ensuring system reliability, smooth operations, and customer satisfaction.• Manage and optimize production Kubernetes platform infrastructure supporting cloud-native AI workloads, including cluster operations, GPU resource scheduling, and container security enforcement across multi-tenant environments.• Build and maintain cloud-native observability and monitoring frameworks using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack, implementing SLI/SLO-based alerting and distributed tracing for real-time platform health visibility.• Develop Agentic AI bot infrastructure leveraging LangChain orchestration and Claude LLM integration, designing scalable deployment architectures for intelligent automation workflows on containerized platforms
