The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust integrations using Boomi's platform, ensuring seamless connectivity between various internal and external enterprise systems. You’ll join a diverse IT team that spans technologies and specialties to deliver excellent internal and external customer service to TierPoint and our customers.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign system integration patterns based on TierPoint’s Enterprise Architecture integration bus via Boomi.\nDevelop and maintain multi-stage workflows and event streams to ensure transactional and master data is kept up to date.\nBuild, deploy, and manage processes in Boomi Atmosphere. You’ll be building and deploying to a multi-Molecule based architecture.\nAnalyze integration requirements, performance gap analysis, and source and target system data.\nProvide ongoing production support to internal customers and the broader Enterprise Architecture organization.\nConduct thorough testing and debugging of integration solutions to guarantee high reliability and performance.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and diagrams for implemented integrations and processes.\nProvide technical expertise and guidance to the development team regarding best practices for Boomi-based integrations.\nContribute and maintain TierPoint’s Boomi DataHub\nQualifications:\nRequires 3+ years of proven experience working with Boomi.\nExperience with Master Data Hub or similar technology.\nStrong understanding of relational databases, data normalization, and data translation\nStrong understanding of web API technologies and design patterns\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to find creative solutions.\nProficiency in various integration patterns, data mapping, and transformation techniques.\nUnderstand Boomi Master Data Hub and its integration and data flow principles.\nCustomer service focused, portrays energy, professionalism, and welcoming characteristics.\nExperience with RESTful APIs and SOAP web services for integration with external systems.\nStrong ability to work in a highly sensitive and confidential environment.\nAbility to meet deadlines and handle sensitive and pressured situations.\nAbility to identify issues and help develop strategy and tactical plans for various department initiatives.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules. Proactive, self-motivated, and independent.\nAbility to use good judgment and decision-making skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nPreferred Experience\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline/experience.\nExperience integrating via Boomi with one or more of the following systems\nMicrosoft SQL Server Databases\nWorkday ERP\nSalesForce\nServiceNow\nServicePath CPQ\nBillingPlatform\nWorking Conditions\nRemote\n\nPay Transparency\nTierPoint is committed to practices that promote pay equity and transparency.
