IT'S EARNED WITH DEFERRED EQUITY.Role DescriptionThis is a hybrid founding team member role for a Lead Power Systems / Senior Electrical Engineer working remote with hybrid in NY state, Cambridge, MA and Montreal, PQ as required.As an outstandingly self-driven, self-starter, and proactive to a fault EE. you bring decades of experience ideating, designing, testing, optimizing and interconnecting large scale batteries, solar, wind, nuclear, gas power stations and charge networks to flawlessly lead the development of Karh's cutting edge power technologies.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, and contribute to game-changing innovation, because you're bored with anything less.Qualifications10-30 years of Electrical Design / Power SystemsExpertise in Electrical Engineering with infrastructure projectsStrong understanding of system-level power engineering and energy distribution technologiesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and lead technical teamsKnowledge of relevant codes, standards, and industry regulationsEffective communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with energy market operations or smart grid solutionsDoctoral or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Ivy League preferred
